Not really sure on that one...Definantly something electrical related....

Is your battery the correct size?
Is your alternator in good condition?
Is the battery post cleaned/ Connectors good and tight?

If you have your dash apart, make sure the gauges are getting connected good enough...A weak connector (One that doesn't hold the pin tight) can do that for you....

Whenever I have my heater turned all the way up and have my lights on and have my foot on the brake my battery gauge drops and my head lights dim a little. But as soon as I let off the brake and give it a little gas they brighten back up and the battery gauge goes back up. My truck has always done that though.

Sounds like you need to check your grounds for loose connections and corrosion. Start at the battery terminals then the body ground, starter, I believe there is one on the fender next to the battery as well. Also, most auto parts chain store will test your charging system for free, it only takes a few minutes.

Check G201, it should be behind the driver side kick panel. G200 is behind the passenger side. Might be worthwhile to check both of those. Both of them are tied into the instrument cluster for different functions.
