MaF Sensor Selection????
I have a 94 F150 with the 5.0 E4OD set-up. My Maf sensor is bad and when I go to the parts store they pull up the 94 version but we have figured out that mine has the 95 version on it. It's the original motor. Was there a change made mid year or did a previous owner put the wrong one on. The reason I ask is there is a $30 price difference. The 95 version has a sensor or something through the tube but the 94 version doesn't. Will it make a difference to use the 94 version? Thanks for any help.

I was under the impression Ford moved the ACT sensor from the intake manifold to the MAF sensor in that time period. That is why the earlier version MAF sensor plugs have less pins? I have slept since then, plus killed a few brain cells....
