Two Questions

I have 2 questions for everyone here
1. Has anyone put an exhaust cut-out on their truck with a 300 I6? and if so any sound clips?
2. Anyone put a Grant woodgrain challenger series steering wheel in their truck?

I'm not a fan of any Grant steering wheels. I have seen them in older and classic cars and they are not all that great at all. Most people that have them don't like them.

I wouldn't waste any money on an exhaust cutout for your truck, it will sound terrible and you won't gain anything from it.

THe Grant steering wheel i found got from my neighbor for free and i just need something other then the stock one cause it is basically peeling onto my hands and I just wanted to see if anyone has done it just to see what it is going to look like cause it has to go on before I burn mine on there now lol. and for the cut-out i didnt think it would sound to good especially with both cats still on. I think ill just go about hollowing one cat out. but my buddy had one he got for his gti.....(yea i no i was wondering why too,but he sold it for an f150 so i forgave him lol)and he was just gonna give it to me.

If your steering wheel is in sad shape, what about a junk yard steering wheel? Seeing as how it was free the Grant wheel is probably at least nicer than the worn out one. I would just get one of those steering wheel wraps for the old one though.

I like these Super Sport Grip steering wheel wrap covers. I have it on my 65 Mustang and we also had it on our 85 F150 when the leather steering wheel disintigrated.

This one would probably look good.

The cutout will sound better with the cats than with out them on the I6. Either way I wouldn't do it. Save your money for something else. Don't make the exhaust on your 300 loud. It sounds much better if left on the mild or quiet side.
