This is a PowerMaster 3-bolt Mini Torque starter for an FE engine. I bought this for my '76 Highboy with a 390. However, no matter which way I attempted to clock it, it unfortunately would not clear my headers.

I wish I could let you know the brand of my headers, but there are no markings and they appear to be generic.

There is one modification I made trying to get it to fit. I ground off one of the bolt ends and the end of the case a tiny bit. This does not effect the operation in any way, but prevented me from being able to return it.
