Header Paint??
just sand blasted my Hooker's and i wanted to coat them but dont have the equipment to ceramic coat them.. so i figured paint.. i saw VHT has some that claim to be good.. any input?? i wanna wrap them later i hear this does wonders.. thanks!!

If you keep them clean after you blasted them, the vht works well, I have used it before. But each place I handled the header after painting it(with dirty hands) left a small blemish, so try to avoid getting them dirty before you get them hot and cook the paint.
I guess you know wrapping the headers will void their warrenty? Wrapping them makes them disintegrate over time.

ok thats great info on the wrap being im going to get the truck dirty because its a 4x4.. thats what its for.. so it sounds like my idea of installing them to cook them maybe a bad idea..? i want the finish to be of good quaility because i have dressup all over the engine. no way they will install and stay clean i wouldnt think.. can i use an oven if thats all id use it for? same type of heat? and just curious any colors any better then the other as far as keeping temps down? ie.. black being hotter then white or silver or an orange or red any different then black?? thanks alot!!
