I get almost none with mine(37s on a 5 inch). But when its flexed as far as it will go, they touch the bottom of the radiator support if I turn all the way one direction.... But, I have a trimmed bumper.
Do you have a bigger pic of your truck? Not going to lie, I really dig the look of 35's on a 4inch lift. I'd just be afraid of rubbing issues.
I like the look of my truck so far. The rear could be a little higher. And 35's or bigger would be nice out on the trail.
Its an axle swap. it got 10.25 in the rear, d44ttb(awaiting a d60) up front modified to take 8lugs. Its still pretty much an f150 suspension up front with a 4in lift kit, but instead of rear f150 lift leafs, i swapped f250 LD leafs and the stock 2in block. Add the fact that its got a 300/ZF5 and i'd say is heavy duty.
Im pretty posative they never made a f150 hd in our years(no mention of it in any of my manuals). I do know that there are f100 and f150's for our year's (my door sticker says F100). I dont know what the difference's are but they all have the f150 badge.
After 97 they offered a heavy duty f150 that had 7 lugs. Or was that a light duty f250 in an f150 body. Ahh, i cant remember

Bumper trim... But I pushed my axle forward 1.5 inches to keep the tire out of the rear of the front fender. I would say a 35 will clear with a 4 inch lift just fine.
Thanks for the pictures, I was only looking for a 4" lift with 31's because I have a 302 5 speed with 3.55 gears and I dont know if it will be to sluggish.
If you are not very experienced its a tough and frustrating job, but its not so bad if you have the right tools. Roughly $500, unless you can source some used 4.10s somewhere.. I got all my stuff for a regear from bronco graveyard.
