I have a 2000 X limited. I'm looking to get back to a factory radio. Will this work?

my 2000 has cassette and CD player in one, this one looks like its the same but newer.
for $10 give it a go m8
why dont US radios pick up the even frequency's like 98.8 instead of 98.7 or 98.9 ??
here in the uk we use them all lol
