2 speed tranny
i was asking him about just taking the motor and turbo and he said he would throw in the 2 speed. so for the motor/tranny 3000$ 
or whole truck 3500$
is there a such thing as a 2 speed?? he swears by it so not likely typo ?

He could mean 4x4? That truck isn't in bad shape, still to high asking for $3,500.

2 speed trans.maybe he means its got a GV over drive unit in it too or something if he claims its not a typo,and just doesn't know what to call it.hard telling.this would also explain the higher price tag for a 2wd truck,as those can go for as much as half his asking price of the whole truck,and almost if not as much when new.

or maybe he meant 2 speed as in forward and reverse.
if it is a good running truck with clean sheet metal like it looks, $3500 ain't a bad price.
but $2500 is a better price seeing as it needs batteries and injector lines.

US GEAR makes a two speed over/under range box for the old borg warners and the np 435's. It goes between the bell housing and the tranny so you have to move the tranny stick back 7in and run the stick for the range box into the cab. I've seen pictures they look kinda neat with twin sticks in them
