There was a call for a car fire at 10:30 last night. I didn't go cause it got canceled, but a drunk driver blew through a stop light and t-boned a car coming off 100 at 57th ave. Started the car on fire and both occupants died. 21 and 22 years old.

Yeah, the sad thing is the drunk driver and passenger tried to flee the scene. Thankfully bystanders kept the driver there...

Pretty damn sad.
The penalty for these offenses really needs to be made more severe. Maybe then these idiots wouldn't get behind the wheel drunk.
