Oil Cooler replacement

So Ive been searching the threads for hours trying to find a pdf for how to replace the oil cooler mostly looking for the torque specs on the bolts i need to replace also since i drained the oil out of the area were the cooler sits if i need to fill it with new oil before putting it back together.

planning on doing oil cooler egr delete glow plugs and cleaning the intake manifold this weekend.

so if someone can answer his ? and also give TQ for intake bolts

I haven't done this but have read that most fill the area with oil. It could take some cranking to fill that up before it will start.

As far as torque specs. All I can give you is this: (check the second one for standard torque values for different bolt sizes)

For intake torque check the 6.0 tech folder and go to ford tech manual pdf and there is a intake removel pdf

You DEFINITELY want to fill the HPOP reservoir with very clean oil (2 or 3 quarts) before you put the oil cooler back on. It will save a LOT of wear and tear on your starter.
