Delay Wipers

My wipers are acting crazy on delay and will not park. I read if you take the switch apart and clean it it it will slove the problem. Well I took it apart and cleaned it and guess what............. it did not change a damn thing, what now???????????

This just happened in my wifes car and to me before.. I just go get a new wiper relays.
