Interesting Wiper problem switch
So I have a problem that I've done a couple hours research on. It seems similar to other problems, but not quite.
I have a 1997 F150 xlt, 140,000, 4.6 v8
recently, my wipers went rogue on me. They will not turn off and do not respond to changing the speed on the multi function switch.
I have to pull the fuse to get them to stop. Other electrical functions are fine.
The fist solution I found was to open up the multi funciton switch and clean the contacts and put some dielectric grease on. didn't work
Second, I replaced the MFS, same problem
Third, we switch around the relays, same problem, so it can't be a relay
Is this a GEM problem or something else?
