clutch chatter

I put in a new clutch in my 1985 F-150with a 4.9 and TMOD 2 weeks ago. New pressure plate, disc, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, and had flywheel resurfaced. The clutch was not slipping, just hard to shift. I found that the throwout bearing had broken. I also cleaned everything well with brake cleaner before reinstalling. Now I have a chatter, or shake or something like that when easing out on clutch from a stop, and only truck is warm, and only in 1st and reverse. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong? I am thinking of taking it back out Sat. and trying again.

Is the firewall flexing around the clutch master cylinder?
