1989 f250 power issue

hey i recenly added a 1989 ford 250 4x4 with a 351 5spd to my collection of fords , it seems to have no power,, i have had a lot of 302s that were twice as powerful so i am tring to figure this out. it starts and runs great and has no blow by or smoke and the cat is gone and engine is tuned up (wires plugs cap rotor) and it is a 10deg timing with the jumper pulled. any recomendtions. also rear main is bad and at high rpm oil comes out , not sure if related but figured id mention everything

Not an expert but I think, if it was me, I would fit a new fuel filter and maybe check the fuel pressure.
Maybe also check for trouble codes, even if no light on.

Ford Fuel Injection » How To Run a Self-Test Here is a link on how to check for trouble codes.
I think fuel pressure should be around 34psi with engine at idle.
