lucky for me any body like that that i would find would be shot to hell, so i don't think i'd have to worry about big bad dave coming to illinois and slapping the shyte out of little ol' me
p.s. that truck actually is a bog truck, and if i'm remembering right he is changing the front suspension to a solid mount setup because the coilovers weren't working anywhere near where he wanted.
haha, that really is one bad *** truck. dont think the one i have in question looks like that though. Its got a rust problem and is a little lower to the earth. Just drove by yesterday and no one was home but i didnt see the truck. i hope they just moved it instead of scapping it. dont have much faith though cause the rocks on the ground are smarter than the people doin the work.
Dear Kris, in your scrounging of mint condition SC truck, fine me a cab and front clip like that in at least as good a shape so I can swap it in place of my ranger body.
k, thnx, bye
Im looking at one with a fubar tranny sitting in my neighbors yard right now.
Ill try to make a deal for you if youre interested. Pauls coming down the weekend of March 12th and 26th...
I could be if the price is right and the condition is decent. I'd come down too, but I got too much crap going for an oyster roast and getting the truck ready for April.
oh, save May 29th (Memorial Day Weekend) for Mountainview mud bog.
Nah, got another ranger if i want it. My cab is rough but is workable for what I'm doing. I had been looking at the fiberglass late 30's cabs since the begining cuz they look cool for a mud truck.
I just read that MT also makes the 46s in the TTC tread design, as well as the standard claw design, which I didnt previously know. I guess the tread is what made me think they were different.
