Turbo Question

Hey guys, i'm new on here. I'm a member on v6f150 which recently went down and when it came back up we lost all our past threads and members so info is lacking on that site for the time being. I'm hoping you guys can help me out. Anyways I Got 2007 4.2 (4.3 now) just finished building the motor with all forged internals and some other goodies. I'm ready to start buying parts for the STS remote turbo system, but they charge crazy prices for injectors and pumps. Ive looked around for injectors and I just dont know which ones are compatible with the v6 essex engine. Same with the walbro 255. I found walbro universal but its just the pump and doesn't come with the instal kit. here are the parts im looking at can anyone give me some insight on whether they are compatible

Ill help ya out.

I do not know which fuel injector you will need to use.

To install a fuel pump is very easy. You can use any fuel pump that will fit your fuel system.

If you have a returnless fuel system then you can run a SVT Focus or Aviator pump in the stock hat.

If you have a return style fuel system then you have several options.

The classic Walbro 255 pump. It should work for your needs quite well depending on the power production.

The Aeromotive Stealth 340 pump. This is a different style pump and at 13.5V will push 340lph. It is best used in a return style fuel setup and the connectors are opposite compared to the walbro 255 pump. This will support much more power in a single pump configuration and is good with E-85 or any ethanol based fuel.
