Hey all -
Just a question. I have the SCT X3 with custon tunes from Eric @ ID. I have his tow, street and economy tunes in addition to the canned strategy tune. Question is how does the Tow/Haul button affect these tunes or is it disabled when they are loaded.
Question 2: Has anyone used the datalogging capability of the SCT and the LivelLink software. If so, some insights would be helpful on what to log.

IMHO, the logging is only really important when you have a custom setup that the tuners do not know about.... promise, MOST have tuned just about EVERY setup there is - so if you told them what you have done to the truck, they probably have a tune already for it...
Now, when I got my sct from Eric a LONG time ago,
they were still learning the newer vehicles and I was asked to do some logging to help them figure out the best tune.....
he only had to make a few tweaks for my Ex related to shifting, but it ran basically the same (seat o' the pants) thru the iterations he sent me.... good luck and doesn't it make it a new vehicle !?!
