REVS PER MILE
What is the correct multiplier for a tires revs per mile to get a constant. One post said 15" is .0135 and 16" is .015 and I have seen all are .0135. I have 16" with a revs per mile of 660. These are smaller dia. than my old set, I know how to recal. the speedo but I am getting mixed up with the multiplier. Thanks for any help with this.

Follow the post above and it will work out ok. I just saw alot of posts saying the multiplier was .0135 but for my 16" tires I needed to use .015.

I use simple math....

Old tire RPM/constant= new tire RPM/constant..

make it a equation, and solve for x.

ex. 660/851=750/x
