Hi guys and gals! Ya'll probably don't remember me because I haven't been online for about six months. Last Sept, I had a severe seizure that left me with two dislocated and fractured shoulders with some pretty massive internal injuries. I've lost most of the feeling in my left arm and after a few tests (nerve conduction tests) it seems I have some damaged nerves in my elbow area. Specifically the Ulnar nerve (the nerve that causes the funny-bone tingle)
So anyways....two surgeries down and hopefully just one more to go. Even with insurance the medical bills were well.....approaching national deficit levels lol. So.....now that I can kinda move my arms again, and pay the internet bill I'm back online!
But my truck is broke
So I thought I'd say hey to all, and hello to the newer members!
Dave........Dave........DAVE!!!!
Grrrrrrrrr...the one guy who probably has the answer and he's out playin in the mud and dirt!
Hang on Kev...we're lookin' for him!
Joe
That's awesome! For now I'm in the process of getting the intake off. It's slow going though being one handed and even that one won't work right lol. My neighbors keep looking at me and my weird positions on top of my engine trying to reach things.
It's taking a super long time also because I'm labeling all the wires and hoses I'm taking apart as well as taking pictures of every part at several different angles so I'll have a "how did that fit" reference guide. I think the time spent now will save time and foul language later though. Also bought a Haynes manual for backup.
Good news though....My wife gave me permission to put $5000 in the truck, however I see fit. Ain't she the greatest!
