Navagator CEL Help!!

I have a 02 navigator and i will try to explain everything and hope someone can help.
It was my grandparents and i bought it with a bad head gasket leaking oil all over from the head.
I pulled the engine, replaced the head gaskets, upper and lower intake gaskets, ect ect. and put it all back together. Everything went fine, no problems.
After a couple hours of driving the cel came on telling me P1131 and p1151. i know what they mean and have searched my *** off trying everything i can. It now ONLY WHEN THE ENGINE IS COLD will bogg down and try to die. No matter what i do with the gas peddle it does nothing then all of a sudden its like a slap in the face and takes off! when it warms up its fine the idle is always perfect also.
I have cleaned the mass air... i even changed it with a new one, sprayed carb clean on everything!! there are no vaccum leaks at all, pvc is perfect and does not leak.
Is there anything thing else anyone can recommend checking?? any and all advise is much appreciated!! Thanks. if this is not posed in the right place im sorry.

Double check t osee that the vacuum hose is connected to the fuel pressure regulator.

Might be worth putting a fuel pressure gauge on it and monitor the fuel pressure both while running and after shut down.

Since it does it while cold that was on my list in the morning. I will throw a gauge on and see what the pressure is cold and warm.

Also it did something new today, again while cold i put it in gear and the rpm's started jumping from 500-1000 up and down up and down for at least 30sec till i burped the throttle and it smoothed then did it again. after burping the throttle the second time it did not do it again.
Would a IAC give me these problems?

I would check the infamous PCV elbow at the rear of the intake to see if it was damaged during the reinstallation of the engine. Those two codes indicate that both upstream O2 sensors are not switching. This is usually the result of a large vacuum leak.

Thats what i have read and the elbow is in great shape, i cant find any leak at all and eveything that even looked iffy i replaced when putting it back together.

well fuel pressure key on engine off was 38psi and engine running at idle was 32-33psi. hitting the gas it was climbing to 34psi or so. So that seems to be fine and there was no change after the engine warmed.

In that case I would start looking at the EGR valve and it's controls.

Well for those who care. I ended up changing both o2 sensors and no codes, no bogging, engine runs great now!!
I still cant believe both went bad at the same time..... i guess anything can happen.

Thanks for the feedback.

When you were replacing all those gaskets, you didn't by chance use a silicone gasket maker that is not O2 sensor safe, did you? Something like that could kill both senors.
