I know this is the "engine" section, but I figured there would be more correct responses posted here.
I was told that the 05 up brakes are bigger, will they fit on the 1999? I mod Ford with updated parts all the time, so my guess is that they probably fit but I figured I would ask here to see if anyone has done it.
Just thinking out loud...
If the rotors are larger you would need to check the rotor and caliper bracket for fit. Then check caliper fit, then check wheel fit???
I forgot the who-when-where of the conversation but I thought they said the calipers and rotors were larger. I guess part of the reason that (again not sure) why the 17" was the smallest wheel you could get on 05 up?

I didn't think they changed the brake set up on the o5's from the 2000's.I thought the only difference was the early 99? That said people on here if I remember right said they do work. Again please keep us posted!
