Found my leak!

Well guys I found my leak. The front cover is cracked where the oil cooler bolts on. Well I don't have time or place to pull the motor so I have attempted to seal it with fasweld. Well the leak is much less then it was but is still leaking.

Here is my question. It is just a hair line crack the leaks under pressure.

What do you all think about bars leak or alumaseal. Will it stop up the heater core. I think it will work. But want your all's opinion.

You may be able to relieve the crack with a grinder or a dremell tool & use JB weld ...

I cleaned it with a dremel. It wont stick to the aluminum on the bend. I dont wanna take material out. Not sure how thick it is.

V it out , what do you have to lose ?

True. I might just have to try that. The only problem in getting the fas weld off.
