dual piston calipers

What are the benefits of going with dual over single piston on rear brake conversion on my 75 HB thankyou dave

Dual pistons not only give you more clamping pressure, but they give a lot more even stopping power over the rotor surface compared to a single piston.

As stated above - which would be better 1 piston or 2 ? I'd look into the HD BRAKE SYSTEM. My '75 F-250 SuperCab has the HD brakes. The truck is not a 4X4 but the REAR brakes are 1/2" smaller AND 1/2" wider and the front brakes are dual piston AND the brake booster is deeper.
