New Ex !!!!!!!!!!!
Well, I'll be...... WE LOVED our Ex, but have had a few issues with turbo, tranny, a/c, etc...
But our travails with the 2002 PSD Ex may be over.... Ford agreed that I should not have had the problems I've had and they are going to replace it !!!! That's the right thing to do.... but
While I appreciate the offer and know that I just had a bad one...
We may get a new one....
What do I need to know in order to do this right
they say they have a usage fee of about $2400 they want me to pay for the 13K miles I've used it and any upgrade fees if I do upgrade to a more expensive vehicle... Going to question a usage fee if I've been paying my note for 6 months... shouldn't that be a usage fee?
Not going to agree to anything until I see all the numbers, but wanted to know if anyone has any experience with this...
