Need help here, I have a "take off from the light" shake thru my transfer case shifter handle that I think may be coming from my drive shafts.
The angle of my Gear Vender O.D. unit is 5 degrees, rear pinion angle is 15 degrees, and the drive shaft that is 25 inches long is at 10 degrees.
Do these angles sound far off and could I be binding up at take off? I get ZERO vibrations at all other speeds and none if I put my foot into it while on a roll.
Here's a good read, and my guess is the gear vendors length created a change in driveshaft angle that may require less shim from the rear axle. Just guessing. http://jniolon.clubfte.com/driveline...nephasing.html
