I have a dpf delete w/spartan tunes. It will void your warranty for something that could be related to the tuner.(If your power window died I don't think they would blame it on your tuner!) Changing the exhaust from behind the dpf back wont do anything for mileage or sound. My mileage has gone from 11.5 to 15 mpg running around town. should get better when the warmer weather gets here.(if that ever happens)

You can't touch anything on the engine or exhaust without running the risk of voiding warranty. Even changing the exhaust tips can lead to a world of pain. The people that built these trucks know what repairs cost so they have no tolerance when it comes to guys modding them. I should say that most of this is dealer specific and you should speak to your local dealer to determine their stance on the matter, you might get lucky.

You have to change your driving style for one with the newer diesels. below 2K rpms and stay off the boost will yield the best results.
Fuel quality can be another factor.
