ICP Sensor Plug Question

I am the process of changing the ICP Sensor, sensor is off but found a broken connector that is on the same harness as the ICP sensor. It is a 2 plug connector with red wire and yellow wire with red tracer. This other connector is broken, any ideas what it goes to?

Its and 03 with the 6.0. the plug was back behind turbo on driver side. Looks like it was postioned somewhere down by the ICP sensor
