I scored a NP 435 en route to finishing my engine swap on my 63F100, it unfortunately came with a BB bell and I need a SB. I see quite a few SB bells on ebay but the tranny bolt patterns vary- is there any resource that provides casting #'s for this conundrum? This looks like it may work but not sure-
The difference is in the size of the flywheel and or clutch assembly. Looking at this site (Bellhousings), it shows it is for a small block, and flywheel is 164 teeth. Hope this helps. Brian~~~
Idno why I'm reviving an old thread, but I'm currently running numbers to verify what I got and came across some info I Didn't see in this thread which I stumbled across doing my research.
Anyways, there's a difference in depth from a car bellhousing to a truck bellhousing.
