If the relays are working and the truck is running fine I would just drive it.

Subford, I have a similar problem with a 1986 F150 XLT 5.0 efi with dual tanks. No power to any pumps. If I jump out my test connector the truck runs fine. Any idea where to go next?

If you are grounding pin #6 of the self-test connector and it runs and will not run when it is not grounded then either the wire is open from the self-test connector to the computer, the computers pin #22 is pushed out or wire the wire is broken off of it or you have a bad EEC Computer.
