tps question

on my 95 f250 351w i sometimes have a high idle and once in awhile the throttle seems goofy. so im thinking its not the iac. its the tps. is there any special set up you need to do to replace it or just remove and install. and if anyone knows what type of screws hold it in would help too. with half my leg being metal its a project trying to get in and out of the engine compartment. thanks.

Button head Phillips-head ("crosshead") screws (two).
I use a small pair of vice grips to break them loose or you will round them out.
