fuel pressure

So got all my Gauges in last night and the fuel pressure is reading 68 at idle and at throttle its around 70-73. Its a stock spring. The Guy I bought the truck from said that he stretched out the spring and put it back in.

Is there a question here? If not I think the 68 is good but I've never heard of the pressure going up under load!

I got mine from clay but it was the frx and only one spring. Both bob and clay's are good set ups if there not the same.

In all honesty and certainly not telling you what to do or where to spend you money but since your monitoring your pressure I would leave it alone till you you have an issue with it. Just my.02!

I agree that it's strange for the pressure to go UP when under a load. Are you sure the guage is operating correctly?

2 pennies

being, one that works on seadoos, and that the carbs on them, work off pressure to operate correctly, controlled by a spring, you'd be surprised as to the "integrity" of them, being compromised. I'd replace the spring
