Camper shell fitment

I'm going on a long road trip next month and am looking for a cheap camper shell for the trip only. I found one locally for $75, but it's on an older full sized long bed.

Pictured below is the camper shell in question on the current owners truck. I'm not sure of the year of his truck, but I'm trying to find that out.

Thank it would fit on my 2000 long bed?

Not likely. Superduty beds, long and short, taper to the rear. I think the length dimensions are odd too.

I actually got one on my 99. It isnt the best fit in the world but it will work for short periods of time that I want to use it for. I don't plan on leaving it on. I only wanted one for long trips so we would have more space in the truck.

i have a leer that is made for my truck and it fits great. i found one for my brothers long bed for $150, i came off a 350 DRW and it dose not fit dead on his 250. so it looks to me as there is a difference for DRW and SRW.

I know my DRW bed has a "taper" to it. It's not a straight back shot on both sides.

I think the current owner has a single rear wheel, standard long bed on a 90's ford pickup.

Mine is a long bed as well, single rear wheel so no DRW-SRW issues.
