Need help with codes
Hi Guys, hope you can help.
Took my truck to Autozone to get the codes checked (engine light on)
Truck is a 1996 F150 XLT 4.9 short bed 2wd 4speed O/D manual trans. 183,000 miles runs great!
It threw the listed codes.
P0174
P0171
P0443
The clerk at Autozone ,who didn't quite seem with it today, said probably the Mass Air flow sensor or O2 sensor for two of the codes, the other related to the EVAP purge or vent selenoids defective.
The clerk was busy and couldnt take the time to explain, so I went on my way.
OK, what do I have going on and what do I need to do? Is this a couple of issues or maybe one issue? Any ideas or any help would be very much appreciated.
