Will a 1984 tail gate fit a 1990? I know there is some difference.

No it will not... the hinge part is different and the latch part too along with the shape of the tailgate

1980-86 compatible, 1987-96 campatible. You can make an '84 fit your '90 (I have seen it done, but never inspected to see how it was done), but I believe you will have to modify the latch catches on the bed.

Do those years also go for the entire bed. im looking for a new bed for my 96 f250 can i use a bed from 150 or a 350
