Brake Pressure Problem

I would check the setting and condition of the rear brake shoes and linings. What you explained under #11 about one of the drivers coming back and thought it blew a brake line, about the only explanation would be if a rear shoe lining disintegrated. Anyway, it acts like the rear brake shoes aren't set up enough.

Rear brakes are good. Checked those

Man, you are gonna win a prize when you figure this one out.

Did you happen to see that thread about replacing the plunger spring inside the rabs with a dowel or bolt or spacer to keep the plunger from doing that spring thing?

Sounds kinda weird in a diagnostic sense and may not have anything to do with your situation but shows the ingenuity of some of the people on here for sure.

I saw that one. I went a step further and bypassed the RABS.

This thing is driving me nuts. Wait till I post the mystery problem Im having with another one of my fords haha

You should post it now since we're ALL gonna be sidetracked on the 14th.

We think we gots troubles now? Forget feb 14th and nothing we ever do will fix anything. :-)

Truck is fixed. Dont know how or why but it is.

My guy pulled it in the shop and came and got me and said "it feels better"

I took it for a ride and it works just like its supposed to.

I hate when this happens...haha

Thanks for everyones help.
