Part number guru's
I'm looking for spindles for a 76 F-250 with the Dana 60f front axle, open knuckle, dual piston caliper disk brakes.
The spindle part number that was on the truck is 37944 H2Z78. I found an E-bay spindle with a part number 38422 or 706553X. The seller lists it as fitting a Dana 60f or a Dana 44. The bearing pn's he lists are the same as the ones in mine, so I'm wondering if the spindle pn's interchange before I spend $200 dollars on a set of paperweights.
The tag on the diff cover, held on with two bolts gives the ratio 4:10, and

Cast into the upper left corner of the diff housing is: C36912.
Cast into the lower right of the diff housing is the axle model number: 60F
