My son had that issue when he bought a house, he had a 04 150 4 door and wanted to park in the garage. The first thing he did when we got to a house was open the garage door & run a 25ft tape measure in. If it was deep enough he went inside, if no he went to the next one.

I had the foresight to drive it home before I bought it...to see if it would fit in the garage. It barely does...with about 3" to spare. My (former) 2004 Lariat CC short bed was 224" long.

This tub is 231 1/2" long....the extra length is behind the front seats. There's sooo much room back there, that one could sleep on the rear seat, another could sleep on the flat floor.
