You guys have been great with the last few items I had problems with, so I thought I would ask about my tires.
My 07 F250 needs some new tires, and currently it has the stock size of
265 70 17
However there is so much room in the wheel wells that I think it looks pretty lame. *I know I am limited with keeping the factory wheels but what size would you all go up to help with all that extra space? *
Here is a pic, sorry for the quality, its the only one I could find. *I was hoping to take another but with all this damn snow I keeps getting put off.
So what would you do? *(Thinking all terrains, like a BFG)

Reason: Typo
Ditto with ganzy, same as his on my 02 with 16 inch rims. BFG's seem to last forever also. 78K on my last set changed in Dec. Even offroad 285's never hit or rub. I guess I'm on my 10th set of BFG All Terrains
285/70 17 is going to both wider (20mm) and taller (14mm). The wider tires will increase rolling resistance and you may see a slight decline in mileage.
