Turbo Rebuild

Has anyone attempted a workbench rebuild? If so could you add your 2 cents worth? Where did you get the kit? How much time/money involved. Would you do it again?

Garrett AR70 M48 on housing. I believe it is a factor setup.

I might go another route. Looking through some other forums looks like usedturbo.net does rebuilds and new units. They are out of oceanside,ca and I could not find any negative information on them. For $265.00 they will rebuild all bearing seals balance etc with labor. Sounds very reasonable to me. Given the mileage and the blow by I am getting which doesn't appear to be ring/seals due to good compression (over 300) I am thinking about having them do a rebuild. Does any one have any feedback about usedturbo.net?
