If you are still looking I will tell you that your chances of finding an original in usable condition are slim and none. More than one repro outfit offers them though. Dennis Carpenter Ford Repros has one for $400. The outfit that we don't talk about on here also has one for $600. I think Sacramento Vintage Ford sells them too. I think they're all made by a company in South America and resold here in the States - at least that's what I was told when I talked to the Dennis Carpenter folks. Good luck.

I understand about wanting to keep everything OEM - in which case I'm afraid you'll have to pay the piper for somebody to rework your old one. My budget dictates a slightly more economical approach so I'll be ordering from Dennis Carpenter I think. Good Luck!
