You still might have a little air in the system. Try bleeding again in a couple of days, and check the rear brake adjustment.

Manual brakes, oh the horror! I had those in my old Chev, disc fronts so not too bad but still a pain to stop quick - within a week of putting that truck on the road I converted it to hydroboost, talk about being able to stop on a dime! That very same hydroboost now lives in my F350, and still does a mighty-fine job stopping that big heavy beast.
