3 yrs ago the seat frame in my moms 99 explorer broke. I've played like hell trying to find a replacement seat. hers is hard to find cause it's a tanish cloth manual adjustments and it's a 5spd. i've checked junkyards pick n pulls, local ads can't find anything. I didn't know if yall knew of anywhere where i could find a seat it's driving me nuts and i don't know how much longer i can get it to slide by inspection before it gets rejected.

I suspect you're having difficulty finding a manual seat with the correct brackets and not so much worried about the color, correct? If however you can find seats just in the wrong color, you could swap the seat covers. And you could just install the replacement seat to get through the inspection, then go back later and change out the covers.
What broke on the brackets? Any chance you could have them welded? Or maybe find one from a Ranger?

Yeah im not worried about the color, just trying to find a seat with the same pattern is he hard part, i thought about welding it but it'd be too much trouble and i dont think it'd last at all.

Ok so i think it'll be too long and too much of a hassle to try and find the same seats. so im going to try and get some cloth tan power seats, what i was wondering is if theres the wireing already there and all i have to do is tie into it.
