hey going to buy this 2001 f250 if you guys say this isnt a problem. See in the picture how the bed is tilted right below the back window? is that a bad sign? it has a few dents on the rear fender and rear bumper would that of done it?
Thanks alot guys.
Looks like it could just be the Tounau (spelling) cover, not sitting right,,,A friend of mine has one,,,the wind got under it,,,lifted it up,,dented the back of the cab and was, out of wack,,,,Just had to lift up high and reset it on the Hinges.
It's probably the rear leaf springs... one is shorter than the other. My 2005 F350 had a similar issue and was fixed by a TSB. The dealership installed a 1/2" shim in the left rear leaf spring and now it fine.
Hey thanks alot for the input guys! The truck is Not on level ground but even on level ground it still looks like that. In the pictures below look at how the lines of the truck run straight with one another. I think i'm convinced its the tonneou (SP!)
Also i'm going to get those big dents taken care of... i know it looks trashy at the moment.
Lift the top and see how the actual bed lines with the window?
If you don't feel qualified to diagnose the issue -spending couple hundreds for proffesional inspection might be vise investment.
