Aussie Burnouts

G'day,
Spent the weekend at the Kandos Street Machine & Hot Rod Show.
Although there was only one F-Truck in the driving events, there was plenty of cool cars and i thought i would share with you guys how we do things here in Aus.

This is how the Aussie Chicks do it. Miss XD (also voted "Miss Kandos Showgirl" for the second year)

Miss XD Burnout Video

The Effie in the grass video

every time i watch a video of you loonies from down under it makes me wish i could be there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the uniqueness of yer rides , as every thing is fair game to ya's , and the willingness to blow 'em up all over hades half acre in the pursuit of having fun !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! whats the grass deal ???? some kind of gymkhana ???? looks like me or the kids playing games in the fields etc. in the race cars from a few years ago , and that was fun !!!! my 4.6 bird can do a pretty good burnout but i haven't been able to get the two flattie powered rides to cooperate in that department yet ........ or more like my unwillingness to scatter the old beauties internals abroad .... i can find a 4.6 easy enough , but a good flathead is another thing .....................

Yeah, its great to watch, but i fear destroying years of work for a few minutes glory.
The grass is a gymkhana, but they got slack this year and didn't have the "toss a spud" comp, great fun though.
