I am new to the site and was hoping y'all could help me.
I recently trailer’d a 79' F250 (2wd) from Salt Lake City up to Portland, OR. I have a lot of work to do (seized/faded/dented/you name it) but I'll get it going. Anyway, I was wondering if any of you would post a few pictures of your custom or stock 79' F250's. I can't find a whole lot on the net and I wouldn't mind having some type of visual to look forward to when I get this thing re-built and running.
Nice lookin' trucks guys. I can't wait to get mine running and fixed up. It will take awhile but it'll be fun. Although seeing as I have the 2wd, I may drop it a little, nothing low-rider, but just enough to make it look a bit tougher. Thnx again guys. Hey Freak, is that an IAFF sticker behind your headache rack, you with a dept?
In the column to the right, there is a link to this site's galleries. When you get there, just click on the Year column and it will sort them by year, then just advance until you find the '79s.
Also in the column to the right is a link to this site's PICTORIAL. It's like a photo album, just pick the year you want to view.
Also keep in mind that except for the grills and a couple minor differences, the 73-79 Fords all look the same, so you might want to browse through them all...
