91 F-350 clutch problem

Hi folks I'm new to the site and have a problem. I parked my 91 F-350 last night, it was real cold here in Wichita. Today I went out to start up and the clutch pedal was down nearly to the floor. It appears that I have a hydraulic master cylinder on the firewall for the clutch. Since I cant get it in gear and dont want to tow it what do I do to get this thing working?
