How does this look. says it runs. straight body. has rust on floor panels. got primer on it now. all origional. what do you guys think. got hime to 1000
Looks like it's just down the street is how it looks! But seriously, I would look closely at the cab mounts and make sure there is not a bunch of rust there. For the sake of perspective I paid $600 for mine and I think it is a bit more solid. If it's what you want, and looks like it is solid enough, I suppose that is a fair price.
okay cool! well he says tomorrow is best day for him.
does this sound kinda sketchy to you guys? he said that it runs good and everything but i would need to tow it cause he doesnt drive it really and said it would better be off towed. seem kinda weird? what should i do when i go check it out tomorrow...as far as test drive?
well im in gilbert. so might take me 40 mins. so how about 530-45? garbs do you think itts worth driving an hour each way to see this truck?
It does not look to bad, it all depends on what is wrong with it and he states it is not a driver (brakes, gas, ect).. You can bring it to my place about 2 miles and work on it here for a couple of weeks and i can give you pointers to get it road worthy. I have room in my backyard and some spare parts.
I have driven 300+ miles for rust buckets back when i purchased trucks for stripping and part sales.
I e mailed you my cell phone number. I cant log in to FTE from my work computer but i will check on my android.
Talked to Garbz a bit ago. Congrats! I sent a PM but not in time to go with. Will try to get over to Garbz to meet you and spy your new slick Sunday morning!
