Support for the Troops
I am sure that we all have encountered very intense discussions about protests, the possibility of war, why we should and why we shouldn't etc, etc, etc.
My intent is not to start another discussion similar to those.
Despite what we feel as an individual, we all must support the military as they face the danger of war.
They are doing their JOB. They may not agree with it, but it is their JOB.
Protest what you want, disagree with who you want, but please, please:
SUPPORT OUR TROOPS
Pretend if you must that these soldiers are your brothers, sisters, uncles, children, etc.
Despite what might happen, it would be a shame to see history repeat itself 30 years later and have these Vets treated like many of the Viet-Nam Vets.
