Drum brake ?s
The brakes om my 65 F-100 sound like metal to metal when stopping
The guy i got it from said he replaced them in March 2010 and gave a receipt from Autozone for the parts
I took the wheels off today and checked and they look fine no metal to metal ware etc
They do need bled I guess cause I have to pump them once to build up..it will hold if you pump once
I just dont know why I have the grinding sound

Just thinking, if too wide a shoe was used, for example if the rear set and front set got switched during the brake job, the sides of the shoes could be scraping on the drums. The front set is 11 x 2" and the rear is 11 x 1 3/4".
Just a thought.
