4" lift question???

My 2004 f250 5.4 came with the basic 4400 springs in the front, So my question is, Do I need a 4" lift spring in the front and 1ton blocks in the back to make it sit level?? Or is a 4" lift based of the height of a truck with X code springs???

a full 4" lift assuming a new truck (ie no spring sag) would still leave the back of teh truck slightly higher..

so if you want the truck level then 4" spring and a F350 rear block would be as close to level as you can expect to get it yes.
